Breathwork is an active meditation technique that facilitates emotional release. It can change emotional default settings, lifetime patterns of depression, anxiety and addiction, connect you to your intuition, help you access your creativity and open your heart to increased gratitude and self-love. We will talk for about 20 minutes about what needs to shift and heal in your life or anything that you feel needs attention and then I guide you through the breathwork healing. *breathwork is set to music and involves no movement.
